DMCA Copyright Policy

Axon Wall Street is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Axon Wall Street infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement to our designated DMCA Agent. Please ensure your notice includes all the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This includes a description of the copyrighted work and, if possible, a copy or the URL of an authorized version of the work.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Axon Wall Street was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled (e.g., URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Axon Wall Street may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
